February 15, 1987. Jerry Garcia, Mickey Hart, Carlos Santa, Bobby Vega, Babba Olatunji, Hamza el Din and Taro Hart's (Mickey's son) entire class. This was a benefit for World Music In Schools. It was the classic Bay Area treat. There were about 1,000 people in this vet rec room which doubled as a nursery school. For $25 you got a ticket to the show, but for $50, there was a reception with Jerry, Mickey and Carlos after. They hung for hours! Great memories
